that's true, it's not displayed, but i wonder when applying for school/work or whatever the SIN card is used for if that info comes up...i am applying for a course that is sponsored through the gov't and need to give my SIN #. I have done this before and explained very quickly that my legal name is different than the one i use (no sex-change explination), but it's such a nuissance and embarrassing and obvious that my previous name was meant for a female blah blah blah blah. i think i finally need my fresh start

thanks sam. and thnaks for posting that "required sentence". i do have it (from you posting it in vanguys), but it's always helpful to have it stored somewhere else!

holy shit. the dome at BC place has collapsed! just listening to the radio. apparently the roof is gone! someone is describing going over the cambie bridge and not seeing the poofy roof and she's freaking out!

anyways, back to regular programming. yeah i've gone for x-rays and my records say F and the x-ray technician looks at me and crosses it off and puts M.

another news flash: canada wins at the world juniors!!!!!!!!!

ok, i'm back. i guess i just need to put this thing in motion because the anxiety and frustration is hoding me back from doing things like getting my eyes checked, applying for a course, getting on with loads and loads of stuff....
