they are low cal, but with ingredients like corn oil, canola oil, cottonseed oil, soybean oil, artificial butter flavour (what the heck is that made of?), corn syrup, and sodium hydroxide, i can't imagine they are terribly good for you. even knowing this, i can't stop making them a part of every meal since they've come to live with me. in fact, i am munching on them right now! i just can't imagine eating a pretzel that doesn't taste like artificial butter. i don't usually eat pretzels of any kind, but i just can't remember what they taste like withiout butter flavour.
