• Bluetooth implementation is terrible. Frequent phone reboots are required to stay online.
  
• Sync'ing with my Ibook using iSync causes the phone to crash on the first attempt. The phone dies with a WSOD. When this happens, the phone cannot be switched off by the menu. The battery will have to be removed and reinserted. (hard boot? :-/)

1. Go into contacts
   
2. Select a contact using the joystick
   
3. Press Options > Edit
   
4. Press Options > Add thumbnail
   
5. Choose whether you would like to use images from the phone memory or mmc
   
6. Choose image
   
7. Done

See if there's an update to iSync. I think Apple patched it to work with the 6600, but then...if you have one of the recent 6600s with upgraded firmware, it might have broken again...

I am up-to-date with the updates from apple for OS X 10.4. Maybe tiger has better support.

I tried using a SE T610 with the Ibook and everything works well.
