I just thought about you the other day, right before you posted. I am glad you are okay, even though there have been some ups and downs. Congrats on quitting smoking, i'm proud of you.

thanks, its a daily challenge and that WITH taking chantix. i could gladly rip someones face off....then go have a smoke. and that is everyday since the day i quit. lol!

Hopefully it will get easier soon. my biggest addiction is caffeine. i cannot go without it, and i know i couldn't give it up... i get headaches without it. :(

i would DIE. i ended up getting an espresso machine AND a stovetop espresso maker. i got hooked on quad venti iced cafe mochas from starbucks, now i can make them at home.

I am glad that you are somewhat using LJ to get some of the shit out... remember though, if there are personal things that you don't want the world to know, but want to get them out of you... make a private post. I do it sometimes.
