Exhaustion. Long nights, early mornings and those daily bike rides are kicking my ass.

I lost like 5 pounds this week, though.

30 to go!

Eating a lot of small meals every day. Not eating late. Drinking a lot of water. 30 minutes of rigorous exercise every day. That about covers it. I already lost 45 pounds playing DDR.
