Random question on the off chance anyone ever still follows me or sees this. Which Sims 3 expansion packs would you recommend? I can't afford all of them, obviously, but I'm thinking about buying one or two, so, yep. Hit me with it.

I recommend Ambitions and Generations, or trade one of the two for World Adventures. I personally want Supernatural but I am poor :( Even when Seasons comes out, it'll probably be a good idea to wait a bit because we all know it'll be horribly borked and will need updates and hacks.
