Man, that's a sweet post!

I get the feeling it would have been a little better as a pilot plus one-season TV series, instead of a feature. There were elements that you could look forward to in each episode... shot of Napoleon in front of house waiting for bus, Pedro's weirdly Mexican Catholic nonsequiter flashback, a shopping scene, Deb trying to give someone/something the right look, a scene at that tetherball game thing, Napoleon getting beaten up, scene suggesting that Grandma is a lesbian, Napoleon describes something as 'sweet', etc.

I sooo think we need to invest in some of those Catholic statues for our front lawn. And maybe some Mexican flags too.
