Why I sleep with a gun within reach

This morning I came out of Hallie's apartment and found her big potted plant moved from its normal spot a few feet from the door to be placed directly in front of the screen door, which opens outward.

There are two possible conclusions I can draw from this.

1. Some knob moved the plant in front of the door hoping someone would come out and knock it off

And I swear, if they killed my budding flowers that took two years to appear, I'm going to cry.

I managed to reach out and snag the pot without having to knock it over, at least, so hopefully your flowers weren't damaged too badly.
