Right now, I just feel so empty. Like nothing I am doing will bring me happiness, nor last more than a few weeks. I'm painting my great grandma's house, and once I'm done with that, I have no job prospects. I don't have any useful skills either. I'm wanting to go back to college, but here is the problem: I don't know what to study.

If you have someone to pay for it, you should choose something and try to go now. I wished I had tried when I was your age. It would have been a lot more cost effective.

It will always be more expensive later. I suggest you pay the $10 or so and take the M.A.P.P. analysis on assessment.com

It not only evaluates what you are good at, but what you are interested in. Hate being on the phone, but hate paperwork worse, it' puts dozens of skills and activities in order of priority It measures hate from the bottom and like from the top.

It said I should have been a teacher. Can you tell? I always seem to be in lecture mode...heh.

So I did that, and apparently I should be a member of a clergy or an English professor.

YES! I completely agree with either.
Both involve thought, contemplation, symbolism, etc.

Just be careful of which field in each that involve too much structure...you may chafe at that...

Oh yeah. Too much structure and I get frustrated immensely. I'm gonna have to save for a few years to go back to college. And convince my family that the English professor part would be a good idea.
