I agree, it seems completely ridiculous to me that a law like could even get considered, much less passed and put in effect. I'm going to design a pair of pants with built in underwear at the top that makes it look like you're sagging when you're not, like those shirts with the doubled up collar that makes it look like you're wearing two shirts. Who comes up with this shit?
