new south

I took this at a gas station near me.  I was struck by the promise of a New South.  At first I thought it just meant New South ____ but I couldn't find anything on the sign to fill in the blank.  That is when I realized that this sign was proclaiming the start of a brand new South.  Considering that the owners are of Mid-Asia descent, I was hoping
