The last time I ordered from them was around the time they started doing cheap cards and then "quality" cards... to which I was disappointed to find meant cheap quality as well.
It sucks, they used to be so GOOD! But with more products, more tears I've found. I'm still going to try them out for postcards, but my heart isn't quite with them as it used to be.
Also, if you want a good card, Moo.com not only does regular sized business cards, THEY HAVE ROUNDED CORNERS NOW. I vote them.
Moo is crazy expensive, though ($44 vs $13 bucks for 100 cards, yikes), and their business cards are British-sized which is just a small enough difference to be annoying to me, heh. I just ordered a sample set from them and I love the satin finish, but it's not as easy to just order a metric crapton of cards. :/
Didn't know that about the bigger cards.. Agh! However, for the price - they've actually opened up locations in the US so the shipping costs have gone down a little bit... at least, I think? I dunno.
It would be nice if overnightprints got their sheyit back together, so let us hope.
I've never been impressed with Visa Print's output. They like to cut corners (literally). For instance, they seem to print customer-designed business cards on a lower lines-per-inch quality, sometimes even with a visible moiré pattern!
As for an alternative, I can personally vouch for uprinting.com

(I use Moo lots, but I'm in the UK and their rounded corners Call To Me.)
