I usually despise condensed soup cos the real stuff is so much better and healthier.
1. Saute diced onion with a bit of oil. Add in chopped mushrooms and wait till they're nicely sweated. (can add chopped garlic if desired) 2. Pour in chicken stock (or water and chicken cube), stir in 1 cup of heavy cream & white wine & wine. 3. Bring to boil. Thicken with corn starch if desired.
I left out portion sizes just because you'll find it surprisingly instinctive and easy to manage. Put more if you like it. Put less if you're not keen on it.
I usually make it super thick and then just portion it out in little bags. These can then be defrosted in small portions and diluted to taste.

The japanese have a pizza version which is essentially cabbage + binding agent and whatever ingredients you like. They mostly toss in the expensive stuff like seafood and bacon but I do mine with leftovers -- minced meat, chicken bits etc.
1. Put some shredded cabbage and leftovers into mixing bowl. 2. Use wheat flour, some water and 1-2 eggs to mix everything till it looks like a thick batter. 3. Pan fry till cooked/crispy whichever happens earlier.
i actually recently made this so i'll post the recipe soon.
Sorry so many of my recipes involve leftovers. I tend to suffer from that quite abit. :(

It's abit more like a fritata (since it's usually got alot of bite in it) than an omelette but the japanese call it pizza cos I think of all the flour that goes into it.
