I love looking at your Visions posts anyway, but it is a real fascination to open it knowing that something of mine is going to be there, and to wonder which passage you picked and what you saw when reading it. Honestly, it's so exciting! And oh, what a fabulous image of Bodie on mine. *falls over happily*
But I promise, I didn't whizz down looking for that. I just paged through, almost cautiously, trying to make sure I couldn't see anything of the next story-and-picture pair until I had had a chance to absorb the previous one. And, since they obviously weren't in order, trying to guess the story from the quote :)
They're all fascinating, so this is only a couple of thoughts.
I knew unbelievable2's straight away, because that particular passage and quote is one that appealed to me immediately, too. I love Doyle's shades on solosundance's: they match how Bodie really can't be sure of Doyle's reaction all the way through. The one for halotolerant's is brilliant and is now going to overlay my mental image when I re-read it, and the one for angel_ci5's is pretty much what I saw

Well thank *you* so much for that and for crediting me with much more thought than I remember having! e.g. the shades on Doyle for JoJo's story weren't deliberately chosen....originally I'd wanted to use an image from the beginning of Where the Jungle Ends, at the airport when Bodie spots Benny, but my screencap was really crappy, even when I used the blu ray version, it just looked so pale and insipid and I wasn't happy with what I thought was a great scene which I was determined to use. In truth, this time I found several of the stories fairly difficult to match an image to and almost gave up a couple of times.... perhaps a couple were obvious and had several scenes I could mentally illustrate e.g. PFL's and Unbelievable's, but most of the others were hard, despite loving the stories, so I'm very pleased you approve and in particular that you like your own story and the choice I made. I think I remember reading the 'stars' scene and thinking of Bodie's image, or perhaps images of them in cars at night, but I've used that kind of

Thanks so much for doing these! I liked revisiting the BB stories and seeing which picture you chose for each passage. Nice work! And thanks for mine too.
These are all wonderful! I think you did an exceptional job on the quotes that mention Bodie's expression. Every one is perfect - he does have very expressive eyes, doesn't he? *g* And like mead said - its such a thrill to have my work as part of the Visions series! Well chosen pictures all around!
Well the thrill's all mine, as they say! Nothing pleases me more than reading good stories and trying to imagine what image I can match to a favourite scene. And yes, Bodie does seem to convey emotions without even trying! Good acting.
Thanks so much for writing your story in the first place and then commenting here. And I hope your cold's getting better.
I'm so pleased you still like the black and white - I must admit it always attract me. And thank you for enjoying the post *and* for letting me know, I always appreciate that!
