totally unrelated, but i read that predators don't sense sweet tastes in the same way we do, because we're omnivores and the pursuit of sugars for our diet was an evolutionary advantage.

what can be said for ppl who cover their veggies in butter and creamy sauces? :P
still i like my veggies a lot more than many meats

Well I crave my meats a lot more than my veggies. I'm all pro-veggie, but I follow my cravings. I also like my meat with as little prep as possible. Rare or extra-rare.
