Welcome to my world. I dance four days a week and then you have running and biking on top of it. And then you have the occasional kickboxing or karate crap on top. And then sometimes little at home workout. I have begun to learn weightlifting this summer. Yay. I can't wait til someone screws with me or my friends so I can hit them! I swear I'm not violent :-)
