J will be away for a work trip to Pensacola for a weeek..he's leaving tomorrow, so right now, I am making him "longsilog". Chicken longanisa, garlic friend rice, and fried eggs.....tomatoes and cucumbers are optional but add a yummy fresh touch to it!

omg, fried tomatoes are not optional - they're a must! i miss tosilog badly, need to find a vegetarian version soon.
