Forget about eating healthy. Who knew that your New Years' resolution would actually work? I don't gain but I've gotta stop it with the sugar cravings

I am sort of eating healthy. It is pretty on and off. This week it is on. I've been bringing my own salad from home(because the mcdonalds stuff grosses me out) and then doing chicken with balsamic vinagrette on the grill to put on top of it. If I get hungry later, I just eat a grilled cheese or a BLT. I'm so off McDonalds food right now.
I don't like their salad's either. I haven't been eating that food at all. I just meant sweets.. like chocolate bars, chocolate milk and pepsi. I'm trying to get off pop and drink more water. I'll need it more now that I exercize and its so hot out.
