I'm so glad you wrote this. It's like you took all my feelings and made them coherent. It's all so good, but I especially love him watching her sleep at the beginning and then the reversal at the end. There's something poetic in that symmetry that speaks so well to their relationship.

This is such a lovely coda for the episode. The little bit about Leslie losing her 8th grade election is part of my head canon for her - that she always went up against popular kids, but lost and still ended up doing more and caring more than anyone. That's Leslie, and that's what she'll continue to do in any role.

I really love your mentions of how much she loves Ann and Ben because I feel like they're always in the forefront of her mind. And I appreciate the still-drunk Ben references.
