Today I went to my aunt Janice's house to make Pierogi. We are Polish, sorta, and it's tradition in our family to eat Sourkraut Pierogi on Christmas Eve. For those of you who do not know what Pierogi are, well, they are kind of like Polish dumplings. You can fill them with just about anything, but most are made with sourkraut, potatoes and cheese,
