I made a phonecall that never should have been made last night. Once again, regret has kept me from sleeping. After it hit me I just decided to go on a walk, so I wouldn't wig out. Life has many ups and downs. the thing i learned is u have to make the best outta the downs because otherwise ull be down during the ups and ull miss those happy days. Happy thoughts Adam no matter what comes ur way i know its hard but, u can do it i know ur strong enough.... Happyness will soon come....

things do get better atom. even though it's hard to manage at the moment. having alone time to think is necessary at times and im glad that you had a nice dose of it.
