Today I've been looking through my poetry from my senior reading and whatnot and it makes me yearn to write again.  I miss that part of myself.

Boondock Saints is the best movie ever.  I knew this already, thus why it's my favorite, but every time I watch it, it makes me remember just HOW much I love it.  And thankfully for Gman's handiness with wirey stuffs, we actually got it to play, on widescreen, as it should be.  We had a lovely evening of Irish fabulousness and yummy Glass Nickel.  ( Read more... )

I have new cameraness!  It's  Nikon D80 and I'm psyched!!!!!!!!!!  It has all sorts of fun attachments and I can't wait to try it out!  Smed is going to help me when we go shopping on Sat. for fancy dress up clothes.  I'm hoping we'll be able to find something somewhere...  I'm confident it can be done.  Yay new stuff:) 

It's Friday, and it's about damn time.  Even though I had monday off, this has managed to be an incredibly long week.  My boss was out of the office and I had a lot to do while she was gone, and cranky people to deal with on top of everything.  However, she came back yesterday and things were much better.  Not to mention fun cookouty goodness with ( Read more... )

I think I have a cold, so I'm packing my body full of vitamin C and echinacea.  It damn well better work.  Right now, my throat is kinda sore, my head hurts, and I'm real frickin' tired.  I'm going to get some protein at lunch and see if that helps... try to eat a little fast so i can maybe rest for a few minutes....  We'll see ( Read more... )
