A good two days for pheasants (and for me!)

Yesterday workwise was rather dull as we had an "away day" on setting business objectives. BORING! I like the old ladies and a few other bits but start talking about "service development" and I am graced with a feeling of impending doom. So, as you may gather, setting business objectives is not really my thing. The best bit of the day included

you seem to have a fascination for all things avian - perhaps we should get you a bird book for you bday :)

glad to hear how much you're enjoying the radio thing - perhaps you should have a segment about birds and your running tally or would that upset the oldies? (heehee my sister got us both 'hug an old person' armband - help the aged charity thing apparently - whatever next. though today i did my good deed and rescued an old lady who was trying to chase her milk bottle which had fallen down the steps) rambling now - sorry.

One day I hope to have my own show with lots of features. This indeed could be one of them, alongside knitting discussions!
I want an old lady armband! Will have to look out for one! :)
