Congrats Mackenzie! When are you due? Everyone pregnant person I know seems to be having boys. Next baby pool, that's my bet.

I'm due mid-June (tentative date is the 15th), but I'm slightly skeptical as to the accuracy of this date. As long as it's not too much after the 15th I will be fine, but I'm not going to be opposed to the kid showing up early. Scott's nephews were 9 lbs. apiece, which makes me think that Yorick here (I've nicknamed him thus because of his very prominent skull) could be a month early and still very viable (from a pulmonary function perspective).

I am excited for the child, but I cannot tell you how overjoyed I will be to have my body back. TO MYSELF.

'Bubbly in the lungs' is such a strange expression. For me, it connotes drowning, or inhaling beer foam, both of which are awkward.

I've never actually inhaled beer foam, btw, but I have inhaled the top of my root beer float and sputtered appropriately.

Thanks! :)

Yes, a little XY child. I hope (for his sake) that he's tall like his father.

Actually, I really hope he looks a lot like Scott, as none of my features are appropriately masculine, though I'd like him to tan well so I don't have to worry about sunscreen-ing him every time he goes outside. (Sidenote: I HATE SUNSCREEN. IT FEELS ICKY.)

BTW. I really like MH's hair in your Userpic.

Seriously. Nothing designer until he's DONE GROWING.

That may be awhile.

Feel free, however, to buy him appropriate footwear, as I've been told that this is much more important to boys than Diesel jeans or Armani.

Aww, look at that, your little boy is growing up! He's looking more human all the time. :)

And Emily's right, everyone is having boys right now. I'm a little jealous of the lucky girls who will grow up in this generation.

HA! I haven't scanned the alien picture, because I have a feeling it won't turn out well, but dude. It SCREAMS "little green men".

Luckily, it has awhile longer to attain its human-like characteristics.

Also, here's a thought: If there are always so many boys born to a generation, why is it so hard to find those that are suitable for dating purposes?
