Just because my life has gone down a different path, doesn't mean I can't stay in touch with old friends. Through mutual friends and the rare occasion where we've just hung out...things have gone peaceful and well. Twice on the page I'd seen a post saying that if I could read it, I was invited.

I felt that it would be more of a douchebag move to not say anything or show up, so I asked.

Pat and Dennis were having a party. Both of them put an open invitation on their journals. Seeing as you and Pat had gotten along so well and I hadn't seen either of them in a long time, I thought i'd check it out.

Instead I got a message from my ex telling me how unwanted I was and it led to a lot of immature bickering.
