I had low calorie veggies with vegan cream cheese
Then some frozen yogurt for lunch
Then drank water for the rest of the day
Im just a fail :'(

Ripped jeans
Right now I'm waiting on a friend. We were supposed to hang out this weekend but i'm making some time before i go to LAX to pick up a friend whose also from Ventura.
I have been in LA this weekend. And ate so much of my cousin's food :(
This morning my jeans ripped on the inner theigh part :(
I really need to loose this weight

Woot!!
Yesterday i did not have breakfast right away. And boy did that make me irritable.
I just had to smile my way through it
And I did the morning walk with the patients
Finally for our break
(that started at 9:45am)
I immediatly went to starbucks for a small soy vanilla latte
Closer to noon i got a jamba juice, a small matcha green tea tea soy ( Read more... ) -

Turns out its not as bad as i thought it would be at the ed clinic!!
2 people from last rotation were there as well
And friendly faces who i can actually talk to
Which is nice
My classmates brought their books & cell phones. I guess its not a big deal with the teacher
I am glad i'm there again :)
As for the patients,

Its been awhile
Busy as usual with school
And trying to cut down on computer and cell phone usage.
I just got back from spring break.
Tomorrow I'm going back to the ED facility for the remaining of my clinical rotation.
(i got in trouble for having my cell phone in sight)
I hope it goes well. I'm sure everyone may be a bit surprised. Bleh. :/
