first off bro, breathe... Right, now if you go talk nicely to the bank they may refund those charges and/or set up a temporary overdraft to stop you going further overdrawn if you explain the circumstances... Secondly, ask BT to cut you off for a month, prevents you incurring further charges as dave said, but if you can also get them to accept a card payment in a few days (blag this one if necessary) and cancel the direct debit, this prevents further bank charges if the bank won't give you an overdraft that'll cover it...
