Thanks guys and gals. I know that the dream jobs are gonna be next impossible to get, but as has been mentioned, just having a degree helps with employers who look for that kind of thing ( ... )

Dude it sounds you are way more motivated than i was about uni :-)

If its something you want to do and you appear to have thought it through and are aware of the possible issues it may cause, go for it.

And if you ever need any help there is a whole load of people in LJ land with a wealth of uni experince that might be able to offer good advise.
