I watched maybe 6 eps of the first season, but then jury duty got in the way. Oh, irony.

Hahahaha, I also went poking around for reviews and somehow came across a blog where everyone was talking about how BL was vastly superior to it.

They--the folks at the blog--compared Damages to a Grisham novel, which struck me as apt. I think what I liked best was Patty's relationship with her kid.

(Hahahaha, yeaaaah. I spent an inordinate amount of time thinking about how badly Alan would want to sleep with Patty.)

Oh yeah...that reminds me, I forgot Damages was on last night.

I thought it was overall decent last season. It dragged a little in the middle, but picked up towards the end again and it all made sense. :)

I really liked it. And considering ABC canceled the other show that I watched at 10 on Wednesdays (are we sensing a pattern here?) I'll have plenty of time to watch it.

I'm definitely going to catch up on the one episode I missed and then keep up with it. With the strike, I totally forgot when it was coming back.

Patty is cool though. I'd love to see someone have her as a muse.
