it's official. i have my own place now. i am renting a room in a really nice house in my neighborhood. and plus i'm the only one in it. and when people move in, i'm in charge of them. In my contract it says i have to have everyone out by ten but the guy really likes me so he said we can re write alot of the agreement...plus he is lowering my rent
