part of being a freshman at college is having a roommate...no matter how much it sucks...i dealt with it, and so do 99% of freshmen...i mean...whats college life without a built in source of stories?
but being mean to the kid without knowing him at all....is a dick move.
chill out, apologize when you see him, try to make friends and THEN if it doesnt work out...be as mean as you want.
think about how it would be if the situation were reversed and you wanted to live on campus and you were stuck with some asshole who was being rude for no reason.
