Character's name: Kiryuu "Joshua" Yoshiya.
Character's canon: The World Ends With You.
Brief (around 300 words) personality outline of your character:

Yoshiya, or really, Joshua, is a very intelligent and wise person for his apparent age. He has an innate ability to figure out problems in a snap and likes to see just how things work. Of course, that's why he's Shibuya's Composer due to how he used humans in an experiment to see how hard they'd fight for their lives. See, humanity deeply interests him with all of the different characteristics they possess, yet also it upset him with how close-minded people were and how unwilling they were to change. That was his reasoning behind the Reaper's Game - to test just how far people would go to realize what they did wrong in their life and change it around, despite being dead and beyond hope.

Yet, he is not infallible. He's extremely arrogant, cocky, and can come off as absolutely rude to someone he just met with his egocentric and forthcoming personality. He also takes amusement in teasing those that catch his eye (i.e. Neku.) Conversely, Joshua can also be very apathetic, lazy and laid back about certain things and will put them off to do whatever he wants instead.

This is not to say that he's just one lazy bastard. He DOES have compassion laying in him as well as sincerity. Due to the events of the Game, he feels guilty as well as regretful about putting people through such difficult times, and through Neku, his proxy, he's learned a valuable life lesson that not everyone is as bad as they seem to be and that you can't judge a book by its cover. To this day, he still thanks Neku for teaching him to expand his horizons.

Brief (around 500 words) history and background of your character OR link to a really good wiki page with their history. In either case, explain where they cut off from the timeline:

Have a convenient wiki!

I'll be taking him from post-series.

Sample post (just a general, everyday, puttering-around-the-ship post; please include a snippet of dialogue):

Well, one thing was definitely off. Whatever was on this ship was decidedly not Shibuya. Why was that so? He didn't approve of it and was determined to figure out why when he was more well adjusted to what went on in this ship.

But, there was something that needed to be changed right this instant: the horrible plantsuit he was given upon waking up. It clashed so horribly with his hair and was uncomfortable for clinging so much to his figure. Hopefully there was a Natural Puppy, Lapin Angelique, or Dragon Couture store somewhere in this city so that he could swap the plantsuit out for something a bit better, since he wasn't going to be seen by anyone who knew him in this atrocious number.

Again, he found himself appreciating his city, his Shibuya more and more. What happened to his beautiful city and would also cause him to be waking up in such an undignified manner? Really, tentacles to clean you off? Totally didn't sound right to him. Ugh.

"I don't suppose Neku or anyone else would be around," he muttered, wondering what else there was to do here. Oh, there was plenty to do back home, but here? It felt like a weird vacation, so to speak. (And he used the word "vacation" so loosely, too!)

Well, he supposed that while he was on this strange ship, he should at least play nice with the locals and also find out if any inhabitants of his city were around here. Hopefully, there was at least one to make him feel a bit more at home and not completely out of his environment.

That was, of course, including a bit of his own brand of fun. After all, all work and no play made for a miserable Composer!

If the character has magic, mutant, or otherwise metahuman abilities, please explain what they are and outline EXACTLY how they function, as their powers may not work due to the nature of the ship or may need to be limited somehow:

To start off, Joshua can teleport between places, fly, use telekinesis, can Jesus Beam his enemies, see things that aren't there (ghosts, spirits, the like), and can withstand a fair amount of damage. He can also summon random junk (cars, trucks, vending machines, flower pots, etc) from the sky with the use of his orange cell phone. This also aides his telekinesis in moving the objects, as well.

As for the ones that need mun permission, he can use telepathy and read minds, tweak memories and also steal and rearrange them, and imprint (which means that he can suggest something on someone's mind. He's not necessarily controlling them, but influencing them upon a decision that's devoid from conversation.) He also can control people themselves (i.e. characters of other muns) - for example, psychic immobility. Finally, he has slight precognition. With this, he's not able to foresee events, but if, let's say, someone was to come at him with a knife, he'll know when to dodge a slight time before they start moving.

What's the Composer? Well, the Composer defines the entire game. He can create the rules for the Reapers' Game, can promote/demote the Reapers, have incredible strength in battle, communicate with the Producer (Sanae Hanekoma), control the Reapers, assign the Game Master for each week the Game goes on and is able to send the winning Players back to the Realground, where they can go on with their lives. (This is mostly irrelevant in terms of Stacy, but considering Joshua's rank in the Reaper's Game, it's worth noting.)

With Neku, or someone else with a Harmonizer Pin makes a pact with him, he is able to do three fusions. His first one rains junk from the sky to hit his opponents while his partner is in the same stasis. His second one can fire off stronger energy bolts to damage his opponents. As for his third one, and subsequently most powerful one, has a giant meteor-like object raining down to deal great damage on his opponent.

He also will be bringing along the Angel Feather, an item he can equip to himself to give him stronger than normal stats.

Non-superhuman special abilities of note (Is your character a master ventriloquist? A naturally-occurring super-genius? The best martial artist in the world? Say so here):

Joshua also has a razor sharp mind and is quick to figure things out, and with being very wise, he can be a massive asset in a crisis if he decides to play along and assist. However, knowing him, getting him to do this will be headache inducing since he's much more interested in dissecting the minds' of the crew and see just what makes them tick. And troll them, too.
