Kelp- helps the liver function more efficiently, thus processing meds and other foreign and toxic things in your body more effectively. (I've been telling you that one for a while now)
Fish Oil/Omega 3- Helps any number of things, in cluding lowering triglycerides, general heart benefits, improving brain functioning, as well as helping with diabetes, strokes, depression, arthritis, allergies, circulation problems, ADHD, Alzheimer's, skin disorders, gout, and many others.
Vit. C- promotes a healthy immune system amongst other benefits. But the thing about it is, the best way to intake it is through foods, not supplements. Supplements help, but foods are better.
I think you pretty much knew these, but still, couldn't hurt to post it, yeah? That's my two cents. ^_^
