This is a drabble I did for the hogwarts_elite Hogsmeade weekend. This is from the Ravenclaw Drabble Contest #2. The prompt was: "It is a catastrophe when something goes horribly awry!"

It's James and Remus having a conversation...
Title: A Healing Hand

"Why, hello, James. How is it possible you are always bleeding?"
James was bleeding profusely from a terribly broken nose. "I don't want to talk about, Remus. Please, would you just fix this for me?"
"You know, if you paid attention in class from time to time, you could fix your nose yourself." James gave him a scathing look.
"Fine, I'll fix it on one condition. You have to tell me how you ended up in this state. Quidditch practice gone wrong or something like that?"
"I told Lily that I loved her, and she punched me in the face."
