Summary: Seth shows what it means to be family when Ryan's health is in question.

He wanted to scream.

He’d been punched in the nose, broken his leg and had Seth-induced migraines- but nothing compared to this.

Welcome on LJ and on the OC fanfic community! I liked the story!
I feel bad for him!
If I can just tell you something : "très méchant" means "very mean", not "very dirty". If you want to say "very dirty", you can say "très cochon" (cochon = pig, but also dirty)

Thanks a lot! I'm glad some people found it although I was too dense to link it.

Ow, that sounds very painful.
I love Seth taking care of Ryan like a good big brother should.
And Ryan actually has a family now that cares and takes care of him *content sigh*

Welcome to LJ. I hope, this was not the last we saw of you.

ups, now you copied it a little to literally.
I needed to write it like that (with the < and >) to make it appear in the browser the right way, but it's

<*lj-cut text="your text">....<*/lj-cut>

without the asterisks.

So I write <*lj-cut text="first few words of story"> (without the *s, but with the <>s) in front of the part I want to hide, then I type <*/lj-cut> at the end of the text I want hidden. I do this by editing my post and typing this before and after the text I want to hide? Am I actually cutting the text, or just writing 'cut'? Sorry, I know Microsoft Word and can double click, but that's about it. Thanks for helping(even if I'm too thick to get it:))!

Yes, because right now a few <> are missing.

Exactly.

Am I actually cutting the text, or just writing 'cut'?
you just write lj-cut, the text itself stays uncutted.
basically like you already tried, you just have to add the < and > at the right places.

Thanks for helping(even if I'm too thick to get it:))!
Don't worry. We get you there. In the beginning it can be a little confusing.

(I'm now here to bother you on your own Journal!)

Wonderful story! I don't think we've ever given the poor boy kidney stones before. Very glad you came out of hiding to post.

Oh, Lord, poor Ryan. As someone who has had a kidney stone, I was wincing in sympathy as I read this. Great job; as always, I love the Seth/Ryan time, especially when it's Seth being all grown and helpful. :)
