There is. The local deity is enshrined there - my hope is that with enough prayers and devotion, the local deity may grant my wish to restore Sirius's health.

I've spoken with the priestess about it, if that's what you mean. Local deities are generally very busy and answer by actions, not in words. I've felt much more energetic lately, though.
