Character Applying For: Baddy not of the main group -- Crime Lordess of the Atliya Underground and assassin.

Full Name: Charna Branka von Zilberschlag.

Good or Evil?: Evil.

Appearance/Age: 22; Charna is tall and lanky, though in a completely elegant way. Despite being not-too-curvy and lacking in the breast department, she still manages to look like something out of a trashy horror novel that revolves around buxom and seductive female vampires; she is almost impossibly pale, with long, dark hair and almond-shaped eyes that are just as dark and extremely piercing. Her lips are naturally a rich, rosy colour, and would be her best feature if they were not constantly pulled into a thin line of displeasure or turned up in malicious smirk. She dresses in dark colours -- mostly black, but with royal purples and blues and bright, bloody read thrown in for effect. All her clothing is elegant but functional; her dresses may look hard to move in, but in reality they are almost as easy to fight in as any of her more practical assassin or

Past: Charna, like any other proper villain, has a tragic past filled with much tragedy, angst, and woe. Both of her parents died in a very tragic fire when she was little. She and her brother, Bartholomew, both survived and went to live with their aunt, a spinstress of quite impressive bitterness and man-hatery. While she doted on Charna and indulged in the girl's every whim, she often ignored her nephew and left him to be taken care of by the household help. During this time, Charna had access to much information about the Animal Gift, and happily began to develop her own gifts. She found that she wasn't passing bad, and after learning as much as she could on her own, she took up with a teacher in the town a few miles away from her aunt's house.

After years of putting up with their aunt's near abuse and neglect, Bartholomew, knowing that fire had destroyed one part of his family and now could be used to destroy his aunt and Charna herself, decided that it would be a good idea to burn down the house. While the aunt tragically died

RP Sample: The heavy fabric of Charna's skirt dragging on the ground was the only sound that the woman made, and even the faint whisper of the brushed silk barely broke the seemingly frozen midnight air. She loved to drift ghost-silent through the halls of her large, and recently acquired, house. Really, the merchant was already in the pocket of the old crime lord; he should have simply transferred his allegiance over to her instead of making a fuss and refusing to follow the new rules instated by a, as he said, "crazy ass bint young enough to be his daughter." Sadly for him, those had been his last words. It was quite fortunate that he hadn't had a wife of children. That was one less thing Charna had to deal with, and, really, she had gained a lovely new house from the whole debacle. There was nothing to complain about at the moment
