Dear Victoria Drivers, and those learning to drive:

Lo and behold, this is not a rant! I am actually wondernig what courses are the best for someone who needs to learn to drive after getting their L, and has no one to teach them. I need to be able to drive regularly at these courses or whatever up until the time of my test.

Also, does anyone know the deal with business cars and N's, and the ability to drive said cars?

Edit: The amount of money is not important, but being able to pay over periods of time would be fantabulous.
