Alphonse Elric [Fullmetal Alchemist] ♪
Alphonse is always kind to Rachel, which is something she isn't exactly used to. He's always there with a smile or a helpful piece of advice and, most importantly, he never complains when she decides to walk around Solve singing to herself. He always has a willing smile and has helped her adjust to Adstringendum tremendously since her tumultuous arrival. Rachel has tried to return his many favors in her own unique ways... most of which involve snooping into his business and singing at random intervals, but she's certain he will evolve into a good friend that can be trusted.
Arthur Pendragon [Merlin] ♪
Arthur is one of Rachel's best friends in Adstringendum. He's kind of like the big brother that Rachel always wanted, but never got, thanks to her... well, unique parenting situation. He's always there whenever she needs him to be and looks out for her well-being, like any good friend should. She's pretty sure she drives him insane on the best of days and leaves him confused on the rest, but she's determined to make sure that their friendship lasts for as long as they remain together in Adstringendum.
Blaine Warbler Anderson [Glee] ♪ ♮
Rachel absolutely adores Blaine. He's sweet, extraordinarily talented, and treats Kurt marvelously -- what's not to like? They've developed into fantastically good friends during their time together in Adstringendum and Rachel sees absolutely no reason for that to change in the near future. Besides, making out with someone in a drunken state of glee tends to just... bind people together, for some reason.
Edward Elric [Fullmetal Alchemist] ♪
Edward is the first person who Rachel truly spoke to in Adstringendum and he has been nothing but a painful nuisance ever since. All he does is yell at her and complain about her 'caterwauling' -- which she would like to point out is known as heavenly singing in most cultures -- and rubs her the wrong way on a constant daily basis. However, Rachel cares for him very much as a friend. They've had their rough times, with confused feelings and missed communication, but Rachel thinks they're back on the right track to becoming friends again -- she hopes.
Jesse St James [Glee] ♪ ♭ ❤
Rachel hadn't seen Jesse in a full year, before she wound up in Adstringendum again. And, for that year, she had thought that was perfectly okay with her. But then Jesse, as Jesse tends to do, wormed his way back into her life and -- ... Rachel honestly couldn't be happier. They had both made mistakes -- and Rachel has not forgotten what, exactly, he did to her -- but giving him another chance has proven to be precisely the thing Rachel needed to keep her spirits up in Adstringendum. Not everyone else seems to be as happy with her judgment, but Rachel quite honestly could care less. Now, the only problem is to tackle that whole 'love' thing...
Kurt Hummel [Glee] ♪ ♫
Kurt is Rachel's best friend in the entire world, both in Adstringendum and back home. He understands her, on a level that few other people do, and is all too willing to listen to her panicked tirades concerning the quality of her audio rip of the original London cast of The Phantom of the Opera. He is immensely talented, can go toe to toe with her on just about anything, and is always there for her whenever she needs a shoulder to cry on or someone to make her laugh. Together, they make a formidable team -- and bless you if you hurt either of them, because the other is sure to be on your heels with a pitchfork and a well sung angry ballad to suit the situation.
Luca Trulyworth [Ar Tonelico II] ♪
Rachel knows little of Luca besides the fact that the girl can sing. This perceives both a threat and a relief to Rachel; on one hand, her talent and 'special snowflake' status are in jeopardy. On the other hand, Luca has talent, which is something Rachel craves in Adstringendum. She has enlisted Luca into her ragtag glee club and she hopes she and the girl can become friends... provided Luca's talent doesn't outshine her own.
Negi Springfield [Mahou Sensei Negima!]♪
Negi is Rachel's biggest fan in Adstringendum, which Rachel celebrates happily. She loves having a captive audience and Negi is always happy to provide one. Her kindness and enthusiasm is something Rachel treasures, along with his bright outlook on life, despite being stuck in a world without a proper sound system or stable electricity. He's always happy to offer advice and help her with whatever she needs and, given her recent canon update, has even tried to help her get her lost memories back. Rachel is eager to try and return the favor... though she isn't quite sure where to begin.
Tsukino Usagi [Sailor Moon] ♪
Usagi, for some bizarre reason, is nice to Rachel. It's not something that Rachel is really used to -- people appreciating her talent instead of brushing her off as obnoxious and annoying -- but Rachel is more than happy to allow Usagi to ask her to sing and perform for her. She seems to want to be Rachel's friend... and who is Rachel to complain? She has her heart in the right place and Rachel is willing to get to know her a bit more.
