I'm not sure what I think about asylum legacies (it's so stick-up-the-butt and prudish, but given the social stigma of mental illness bugs me ever so slightly - but not to the point I'd bitch about it), but I have to comment on this. When I started reading this I thought it was TS2... this is Sims 3??? Wow. The building is GORGEOUS. I love what you've done with it. The costumes, the wallpapers, the cc, the rooms... wow. It's gorgeous! I'm going to have to stay tuned and see what you do with the place. ;)
Honestly, I've never done a legacy or challenge and never knew there were rules to be followed. I don't even know if I'll score it like I'm supposed to. I know the rules are sort of the whole point but, it kinda interrupts my play-style with wanting to know more and more about all of the Sims on the lot. Even if I were able to add more toilets and showers and places to sit, I would still be able to get some awesome reactions because of the traits selected (actually, that traits part isn't even "official" as I picked that up from someone else' personal challenge rules (mickey_sims). So yeah, I agree that the rules are somewhat too stringent.
Thanks for commenting :) I had a blast making crafting it all.
Actually, I might be interested in that. Hm...I just signed up for one of the Sim making threads at GOS and it'd be pretty cool to have a singular place to show off screenshots of them.
