I haven't posted in more than a month, and I intend to (just like always) but as usual, I'm too lazy ( Read more... )

I know those places. :) My husband saw one of those big ads at Jernbanetorget station, too. They're a little bit excessive, I think.

We're going out for a walk in the lovely weather right now!

I saw those too...they're HUGE. I didn't think the marketing would be so pervasive. I would have taken a picture there, but was distracted by all my friends celebrating the Barcelona win :P

Have a nice walk! So nice at the moment!

hehe what can I say?? I'm a selfish B* who gets happy when my friends say they won't be moving to Ts3, at least for a while xD

but tbh, I'm trying to be optimistic. :)
I still don't like the game, but I'll wait to see how it evolves over time. Can't deny its promising in some aspects. (Just hoping I could get use to the new faces more easily, tho lol)

Yeah, me too. The game looks pretty but it's not the same. Not that I want it to be the same, but I want it to have the same kinds of storytelling potential as the Sims 2, and from what I've been told, it really won't.

Ah well, it'll all work out in the end.

Wow, they're really geared for a huge release, huh? Here there's a few posters in the store's windows, but that's about it. When I walk by them on Wednesday, I'll take a picture.

Yeah, it seems to be on every piece of public transport here, which is weird - advertising for other things doesn't seem as widespread. I guess advertising is cheap in Norway, or else EA thinks that their main market is here or something :S

I wonder at the contrast between advertising in different countries though - is it because they think it won't sell anyway, or that they don't need to advertise or what?

I'd love to see the advertisements for where you're from.
