Background (AU): Kyouko lived a good life with her parents and her younger sister, her father a priest at the local church and mother staying at home. Life for the Sakura Family was good and well until her father lost his job and her mother never sought out employment at any other places. Eventually, they were deemed homeless since they couldn't keep up with their bills and had to foreclose on their home, forcing them to the streets. Food and shelter were hard to come by at this time and it didn't seem like it'd stop.
And it didn't.
Kyouko awoke as a Moirae, which she thought would be a good way to help bring in some income as well as helping her father find his faith again so that he could work and the Sakura family could be a family again. So, with Skorpios, she paraded around with her Archon, and since people weren't used to a Moira waltzing around, the public called her a "Devil Girl", "Witch", amongst other things for her talent. This is what caused Kyouko's father to snap and he killed his wife, then his youngest daughter, and tried to kill Kyouko himself, but she managed to get away. With no hope left to him, Kyouko's father killed himself via hanging.
The recent events caused Kyouko to spiral into a stint of depression and she managed to survive by her own on the streets of Japan, doing work here and there so that she'd be able to live. It was here that she learned the importance of food because she didn't feel whole, so food was her security blanket. Although, once she managed to get on her feet again, she found out about Sophia Academy through a mysterious benefactor. This person helped to enroll her in the school itself in order to help her out with understanding her special abilities as well as find people like herself that she could find solace in.
Personality: Kyouko on the surface is a tough as nails, no holds barred girl. She doesn't tolerate anyone's crap and is crass, especially so in terms of her mouth. She tends to lace her words with profanity and other terms that are either childish or unsavory. That, and she's selfish, which happened because of what happened with her family at the end. She initially was selfless and wanted to help her family out with her skills, but it turned out horribly wrong, and as a result, she became selfish instead. In addition to this, she also takes what she wants when she can get her hands on it. Although, this isn't quite who Kyouko is when you strip away the strong front she has.
When it comes down to it, Kyouko is the friend you want. When she finds someone like herself, she'll become very interested in them and want to see what they're like. It's almost like sizing up the competition to her, in a way. She'll have a healthy dose of friendly competition with them and want nothing more than a good throw-down just to see what skills they have laying underneath, as well as the kind of person they are that isn't revealed by just looking at someone. And, once she does find someone who can hold her attention and keep her interests high, she'll do what she can to be their friend and make sure they're taken care of. This is largely because she doesn't want anyone to suffer like she has in the past. The other reason is that she wants to see if they mean what they say instead of just stating empty promises to her, which will make her lose the previous attraction she had with them.
What's worth mentioning is her food consumption. She's always seen eating something so that she can be full. This stems from the life she's know thus so far and the fact that her family went without the basic necessities for weeks at a time. She eats to feel whole. She wonders when the next meal's going to be. Thus, this is why that, even when she's full, she has to keep on snacking in order to keep herself from being hungry. If she doesn't have food, she will go into a panic about not knowing when she'd be able to find the resources necessary to get her next meal. When she gets upset, she tends to eat more food than needed in order to cope with what's going on, which is like her security blanket.
One thing that she's wavering on is her faith. She used to be big on her religion thanks to her father, however when he snapped and killed his family because of Kyouko's awakening, she grew to hate it since it was something connected to him. It even went as far as her referring to religion as false hope and that something she didn't need. Yet, even with this, she manages to uphold some traditions from religion, such as praying with her rosary beads when things get tough. This also helps when she feels alone so that she knows who to turn to, which is God who she hopes shows her a happy dream.
Moira's Gift: Fire, or more specifically, heat manipulation. She can change just how hot it is in a room as well as change her enemy's body temperature, provided she is in short range of them.
Other Abilities: Kyouko knows how to hold her own in a fight due to surviving on the streets by herself. In addition to this, she has a fair share of street smarts. And, she has an uncanny ability to eat a great amount of food and not get fat from it.
Archon
Name: Skorpios.
Appearance: Skorpios himself is in the shape of a skeletal fiery scorpion and can change into a lance upon his user's command (more specifically, the Spear Luin). Though, when Skorpios transforms into this, it mimics Kyouko's movements and her mental commands. As far as how tall he is, he's as big as a two story house is.
Primary Attacks: Skorpios' main attack involves himself separating into many pieces (normally this is done with his spear form) and and attacking his target all at once. His second attack involves him spitting out fire (fireballs, flamethrowers, salamanders, etc) to attack his targets.
Special Ability: Once Kyouko bonds with Skorpios, she's granted a costume that will grant her protection, extra defense and strength in battle. Her lance will be able to separate into several different pieces, all connected by a chain link.

(1) Your character has been selected to help recruit for their club. How do they go about it?
Well, this wasn't something that Kyouko was well versed in, but whatever! She was sure that she could do this recruitment thing with no problems. And, so, here she was with posters hanging up around the school, a clipboard with a pen and a few pieces of paper to sign up students with and then food! Lots of food! Of course, being the little glutton that she was, she decided to happily snack on the food that she had on the tables, making sure to leave enough for the potential recruitment. Not like she cared or anything.
"Step right up to join the Cooking Club!" she boisterously announced, a few students having their attention caught just by Kyouko's loud voice. "C'mon, what are you, shy?"
Well, that wasn't going to help matters any, but then again-- she was asked to do this, or rather told to do it. Her behavior had gotten her more than just a little slap on the wrist in class, and as a way of having her gain respect for her elders with the mouth she had. It wasn't as if she could help it, either. Stupid teachers and their stupid rules...
Eh. She could do it as long as she had to. Then, it was back to her daily life around this school. She could tough it out anyway. It wasn't as if she was some weakling for nothing. Although, to snap her out of her thoughts, she looked up as someone was asking her questions about the club she was in. She answered them to the best of her ability with having a small stick of pocky shoved in her mouth, but it didn't seem like the person was turned off from the club about it as they joined up the sign-up list. Good, Kyouko thought. She was close to her goal now of getting out of this punishment.
Though, when things finally finished up, she closed up the area and then took the food that people didn't eat for herself. People shouldn't waste food, and if she saw any of these idiots do it, well... There would be nothing short of hell to pay for them if they continued to do it in her sight. Ugh, maybe she didn't have to get to that extreme, but -- whatever. At least today was done finally. Now all that came was relaxing until bed. Some sleep would definitely be nice, especially in a nice warm bed.
