Scully had the door open, and was catching up on some Russian and chem homework on her computer while watching her across-the-hall-neighbor amuse herself with a sword.

She was just waiting for the girl to cut off a body part.

[expecting one, but open for any, for Scully or her felonious neighbor.]

It had taken a scratch from Moshi to her still slightly sore leg for Momoko to remember that she had forgotten to check in with Scully...

And she was likely to forget again, as she stood in her friend's doorway and watched the new girl across the hall. "Uhm, Scully?" Momoko tapped on the doorframe poking her head into the room. "The girl over there totally doesn't look like she's the sword type? Should we... say something?"

Scully looked up from her computer, then glared across the hall at the swish-thunk. "What would we say? 'Put down the pointy thing before you hurt yourself?'" she said, keeping her voice down.

Momoko cringed at the THUNK. "We could try? I mean, is it even the right size for her?"

"You can try," Scully told her, eyes back on her computer screen. "I don't feel like arguing with her again. If she's not bleeding, it's not my problem."
