“Why?”
“Hmm? Nothing in particular. I just feel bored. And feel like killing. So why not I kill something that’s yours.”
Something. That devil didn’t even think his daughter as a human. Just what creature is this man? Why so heartless? Why? Just, why?
He looks as the man was brought away by the police. There’s nothing that he could say. He can’t even feel anything. Only emptiness. He can’t even feel his soul. Is he dead now? Just like his newborn daughter?

Jun stares at the empty crib and the toys scattered in it. He feels so hollow. He is tired of crying and angry. He hasn’t been talking at all since Hana’s murder. He hasn’t seen Sho for days too. And Ken. Thinking about those two only makes him sad and helpless. But he has no tears to spill anymore. He just feel tired. Exhausted. He doesn’t even feel want to continue living anymore. He walks downstairs, and sits in the dark living room, staring into the void. He didn’t realize he shuts his eyes until he feels soft touch against his shoulder.
He feels Sho sits and circles his shoulder, and pulls him into a hug.
“Jun,” Sho’s voice cracks. “I’m so sorry.”
Jun feels warm tears against his cheek, but notes that it was not his. Sho is crying. But he can’t do anything. He can’t process anything. His mind and body are not one. His body leans against Sho naturally.
“Sho,” he finally found his voice again.
Sho didn’t answer, but he acknowledged with a soft caress.
“Hold me.” Jun said. “Don’t let me go or I will lose myself too.” He pleads.
Sho complies, holding Jun tight. His lips chanting “I’m sorry” continuously, begging for Jun’s forgiveness for being weak, for being unable to protect his precious family again and again.
