what a crappy week so far. shoe order = missing. dress order = missing. stop staring dress order total postage = $US200 plus customs duties of NZ$350...for a handful of dresses. thats like 2 weeks wages for me, so i wont be ordering from them again ( Read more... )

Well i can understand your frustration , but i guess its just a matter of being patient . I think that because you want to own a boutique (on some level ) you kind of keep comparing the two together . I think you are always going to have crappy days but you will have awesome days too , and you have cornered a niche market which is not being catered by anyone else , gotten good exposure and providing a high quality product its just a matter of time before everything kind of lifts off .

I think glamourpuss is a really good business model to base yours off , with her extreme sucess on the internet and her small but high quality range it really bears much resemblence to your own business .
