For "The Basics," the fact that you are loving, empathetic, can be very frightened, and also can be insecure really speak of Lisa. Additionally, I can see her as having panic attacks what with how worked up she gets over things. For "This or That," pretty much everything you wrote is very Lisa-like. Peaceful, timid, friendly, a follower, polite, fun-loving, and being afraid of staying cooped up (especially in dark places) are all perfect matches for her.
For the latter sections, your behavior around the presence of friends, strangers, and how you'd react to insults give me the Lisa vibe. Even more so is how much mental pain takes a toll on you, because Lisa obviously cannot handle it well. Lastly, your responses about being in Silent Hill and your "one sentence" reflect her personality, 28 especially.
At first, I was considering Eileen Galvin, but she seems more outgoing and more of a leader than you state. After reading silent's excellent reasoning though, I can't get Lisa Garland out of my head. I apologize for the lack of originality, but she's honestly a fantastic fit-- especially when you said you were immature by choice, but actually very smart and mature in reality. Lisa, considering her profession, is very smart and mature in reality, but simply prefers to act a little more lighthearted and fun.
I'm agreeing with Lisa Garland the fun loving person, who likes to have fun and just be really bubbly. the part about her being an actress I'm also, going with Eileen Galvin,The whole you follow and can't fight.
From the get go I got a strong Elle Holloway vibe from this application. I can't go with Lisa Garland, because you do not seem to be as timid and meek as her. I'm going with Elle, for some of the following reasons.
1. You stated that you could never take the life of a loved one like Judge Holloway did; and I believe that when Elle found out that her mom did this, she balked. Possibly got upset, and scared.
2. You stated that you would be a major side character, and follow the protaganist around. I see Elle fitting those qualifications better than Lisa.
3. Finally you stated that you admit you'd be immature by choice, but are mature and smart. The first thing this reminded me of was seeing Elle in the game itself, and how she seems to be pretty mature and smart for the most part. However, in her blog (posted on the official SHHC site) she admits to finding mayor Bartlett passed out, and poking him with a stick; her description of the town (and how to get there), while not totally immature, aren't exactly mature either.
Like everyone else, I see a LOT of Lisa in you. She was fun-loving and friendly when she was younger and overall I can just see her saying a lot of the same things you said.
But that said, Eileen is similar in some ways-- she also seems to like having a good time and is clearly very social (going out to parties, and she even seems to get along with the more volatile residents of the apartment complex, like Richard, although I think it's reasonable to assume that ANYONE would be 'scared on the inside' while dealing with him!).
And what ultimately pushes me over to Eileen is your willingness to help friends out, and your description of how you react to fear. Eileen is very vulnerable and frightened a lot of the time we see her, to the point where she definitely needs to be snapped out of it one way or another. But her eagerness to help and watch the backs of her friend(s) despite being afraid is very different from Lisa, who is literally trapped by her fear
