i'm cleaning out my closet and throwing stuff away (shocking, no?). the question is, do i throw away my hideous black platform strappy sandals from 8th grade, or do i preserve them for posterity to laugh at me for my questionable fashion sense in the year 2001? though in my defense, they were trendy at the time and i'm pretty sure all of you had

can't say that i had a pair myself...though i'm quite sure i had some equally ridiculous and once-in-fashion stuff. actually, yes, i have some denim sandals with wooden platform heels. were those ever even in fashion? i don't even think so. anyway, as much as i'd like to say keep them, cuz you never know when they're coming back in style, there's nothing like having the clean conscience of a girl that doesn't own something like that. okay, i'm so rambling right now. and you have motivated me to get rid of my denim clunkers. hurrah! liberation!
