So I've decided to join Epworth, my church's youth choir. We had our 1st rehearsal today. I think it's going to be really super fun! You'll never guess one of the pieces we're singing. YAY! way to be in choir. choir is fun when its for churchy stuff. oh man that makes me want to go back to camp, or at least go listen to the soundtrack. HEEEEEEEEE never FAIIIILLELEEEEDDD... meeeee YEEETTTTTT.. k i'm done.. hehehe =)

totally random here....but hey steph - at my church here in eugene, we used to have this rad girls group called "first praise". well it hasn't happened for a few years - but i've been asked to start something up again similar, i'm hoping i can get it all figured it out and set up - so I'll be recruiting high school age and up "young women" to sing - if you're interested let me know cuz i'd love to have you sing with us! :)

um YEAH! seriously i would take anything that would help me get settled in eugene because i have so much nervousness and anxiety about school! i especially want to get involved with stuff having to do with church. i'd love to.

Hehe. Lucky you! I like the song, but since I just sang it in my school choir the director won't use it again until I am gone. Bummer! The last chance I will probably have to sing that song before I graduate in '08 would be in church choir...with a bunch of people...mainly elderly ones...get my drift. I would so LOVE to come hear the choir! My electives are burned up because of a double blocked math, a drama class I don't remember signing up for, and CONCERT CHOIR!!! Can we tell which of these Gwenyn is most excited about? The concert choir goes on a trip sometime after Christmas Holiday. And goes to Best of the Northwest! Whoohoo! Three years of concert choir for me! Not many sophs make it in to concert choir. Have fun in school. Ha! No just kidding. I start the 7th so I get to go get notebooks and such. And along with school this year I have a job. Ack! You Rock for getting to sing in a choir like that!
