Such a lovely and gentle 'happy' list: made me smile! Attaching a list I made a while back on my journal:)
'perfect cup of tea in the morning, a blooming tree in Spring, Johnny Cash's voice, the smell of newly washed clothes and hair, friendly and curious big dogs, toddlers playing in the nursery park, postcards, emails and letters from friends, communicating properly, writing well, buying a new shampoo or clothes that fit perfectly, playing badminton and winning, poems that come out of nowhere, watching swans float down a meandering river while standing on a curved bridge, old ruins and buildings, paintings of landscapes, uninterrupted sleep, episodes of 'Friends', wild flowers, mountains, alpine trees, memories of childhood...

Ditto on the above points. Loved your list, too! :)
The sun rising and setting Seeing my grandmothers face light up when she recognizes me Hearing laughter, when it is genuine (especially my kids) Having a patient tell me "Thank you, I feel so much better" Finding money in an old jacket (May I steal one from "Hotchocolate"? Postcards, emails and letters from friends. Doing something nice for others Giving and receiving hugs, real or cyber
>Having a patient tell me "Thank you, I feel so much better" Thats one sure way to make one feel all warm inside. More so, if the patient is a small child. :)
>Finding money in an old jacket May I add another? Finding a scrumpled note with long forgotten handwritten poetry in an old jacket..
