There seem to be a lot of people fading to the background of FO lately. My self included. Although I've always been more of a lurker anyways I suppose.

In any case, glad to our favorite ogre back. :) We missed you!

I logged out of FO today. It's become such a negative place. It used to be you could go there and share other's experiences, like hearing about their kids or how parenting is hard, or they'd tell you an amusing anecdote. There was a feeling of community and exchange before but now it just feels like everyone is out stalking looking for fights.

It's just so negative of a place I don't want to be there anymore and quite frankly, what happened to you was the last straw for me. Things have changed there and not in a way I like or want to be a part of right now.

Actually, community donations are paying for it right now, but I don't like the "he pays the bills" reason. It's his board, that's reason enough, money shouldn't come into it. But I still think it's an erroneous decision and based on a (vocal) minority.
